HB Ops — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
HB Ops is a private, single-user application operated by Hugo Becerra for his own personal use. It accesses the owner's own Google data to automate the owner's personal workflow. It has no other users and provides no service to the public.
What data is accessed
- Google account email address, to identify which account is connected.
- Gmail: message content, labels and metadata, to read, label and archive the owner's own messages and prepare draft replies.
- Google Calendar: event data, to read the owner's schedule and to create or update events at the owner's explicit request.
How the data is used
Only to perform the automation tasks the owner asks for, in real time: triaging the owner's own inbox, drafting messages for the owner to review and send manually, and reading or (on explicit confirmation) editing the owner's own calendar.
Storage
HB Ops keeps no database of Google user data. Content is processed transiently and not retained afterward. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the owner's own machine solely to keep the connection active.
Sharing
Google user data is never sold, rented or shared with any third party. It is not used for advertising, profiling or training machine-learning models.
Google API Services — Limited Use
HB Ops's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
The owner can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
